As the Founding Designer at RDash, I have played a key role in shaping the product, brand, and user experience from the ground up. I led the design of core product modules, streamlined complex construction workflows, and established scalable design systems across web and mobile platforms.
Working closely with founders, product managers, and engineers, I transformed business requirements into intuitive user experiences. I also spearheaded the integration of AI-driven experiences within the product, exploring how intelligent workflows, automation, and conversational interfaces can enhance productivity across the construction lifecycle.
Beyond product design, I contributed to website design, marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand development, helping position RDash as a modern construction technology platform while driving product adoption and business growth.
